June 13, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWe moved in about a month ago. There are still a lot of issues with the apartment, and we're waiting to see how maintenance addresses them. The neighborhood isn't great either. There isn't really anywhere to walk except around the apartment complex. I hope we will change our opinion after several months.Property Manager Responded

The property is beautiful, clean, and always smells fresh and welcoming. The staff has been wonderful from day one. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. They’ve made the move-in process and living here a great experience. March 15, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comManagement is great. I just wish tenants would be more considerate of the property. Because cmon, broken garage gate, broken entrance doors, malfunctioning elevators. Lately there has been reckless tenants driving recklessly around the property. Which one tenant almost careened my vehicle, entering the property. If I was not careful, my vehicle would have been hit by this reckless driver. Not to mention been experiencing noisy upstairs tenants, being a nuisance, past cut off hrs . After 10pm and ...sometimes five in the morning. Some tenants seem to not have common courtesy and class now and days. There has even been situations, where tenants dont pick up there pets excrement, and instances where pet excrement has been left right by the entrances to certain buildings. I am unsure, if I will renew my lease within the next three months. Property has gone from great, to just average and is only get worse.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
