February 1, 2026So far– and this is before my furniture even arrives! – I really appreciate this community. It is an interesting place to be, and my place has a lovely view of the neighborhood from the balcony. I’m directionally challenged, so I’m still learning the best route to take to my apartment – but I always find my way. The apartment was spotless when I moved in, and detailed in such a way that a person could make it their own. It seems quiet, too. I’m about to go make use of the computer center, since ...I foolishly packed the power cord to my laptop on the truck. That makes me appreciative of that particular amenity. A little bit daunted by all the homework a resident has to do– setting up accounts for packages, parking (if you have a car, which I don’t.), pets, everything. But it’s worth it to live in a secure, pleasant environment. I’m happy so far, and most pleased with the leasing staff who have made it possible by being patient and helpful in the extreme.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026These apartments are in such a good area! Close to the pearl, south town, and tons of restaurants. Not far from the quarry, heb is close by, and close access to the highway. There are walkable restaurants, coffee shops, and gas stations. They're so nice inside the units and the amenities make it so classy. My favorite thing is the kitchen and the color scheme. November 28, 2025We have been here for a month and got comfortable really quickly. Staff is amazing, they are all super nice. I'm glad Rachel took her time to get us the apartment we didn't know we needed. The maintenance team has been super nice, they also explain things and don't just show up and not say anything. It's a nice area that is quiet with some city noise that is really not over whelming. It's in a great location to walkable coffee shops, couple of spots to grab a beer, and eateries. If you find a Veo ...you can get to the pearl or downtown within minutes if you don't have a vehicle. Everything is close by without being very in your face. I truly recommend stopping by as they have plenty of floor plans to fit what works for you. On top of that it's not like regular apartments that all look the same, they have character.Property Manager Responded

November 20, 2025Have only been here a few days but totally love it! A very refreshing change to my last place. Place looks very well taken care of, staff is attentive, and the layout of the apartment is my favorite! The location is great for me because it is right off the freeway and a short drive to work. However, it still feels like it is in a small neighborhood and is pretty quiet around it. Looking forward to the holidays here. :)Property Manager Responded
