Just wish parking would be more convenient, for people who arrive late from work, events, etc. I think unwanted guests are taking advantage of the parking spaces, by using the game app. Noticing some trash on the hallways. Tenants need to pick up their dog's waste left on the grass. Seen some even on some of the tenant's pation. Which can be unsanitary. Need posted speeed limit signs inside garage. Some tenants drive reckless around garage. Where, I've had a few close calls. Otherwise place is ...

So far, after six months here, I’m very impressed with the on-site management, helpfulness and efficiency. I’ve lived at this complex for over a year and couldn't be happier. The floor plan is spacious with great natural light, and the unit washer/dryer is a huge plus. Management is proactive and the maintenance team handles requests within 24 hours. The location is incredibly convenient, with the downtown River Walk and the military base just a 5-minute drive away. I only wish more handicap parking space. Other than that I Highly recommend! I renewed my lease and got a bigger apartment. There are certain things around the apartment that needs to be looked at, nothing big. Unfortunately, the main thing is the yard.
