    My husband and I have lived at the Grove Arcade for over 13 years (yes, 13 years!). This is not unusual since it is a place you don't want to leave. The building is amazing and unlike any other place in Asheville. The maintenance manager and staff have been so responsive, especially during difficult times like Covid and Hurricane Helene.
