VERY overpriced & no parking
June 24, 2020These units are very small & not worth the price. We can hear our upstairs neighbors peeing even when we’re not in the bathroom. Also we were towed even though we have a sticker. I thought people just say that to scare others away, but it really did happen to us. We had the same sticker in the same spot for over a year but the new company still towed us. Good luck having guests as there are only a handful of visitor parking spots. Would not recommend to anyone.Review from Apartments.com

When I went in to talk to them Shelbi and D'nay bent over backwards to Get me into an apartment. I could not ask to have been treated with more kindness and respect. January 27, 2019Horrible apartment management, only cares about money will not address or fix any problems, severe lack of adequate parking, continuously raise rates year to year, no real courtesy officers to deal with issues. Maintenance is lacking as they refuse to replace any defective items until you move out. Security lights never work consistently. Very few amenities. Management says one thing and does another, get everything in writing. Cannot use apartment offered washer/dryer except during office hours. ...Flags out front of the complex is a hazard to being able to see oncoming traffic when exiting the complex.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not worth it
September 16, 2018Our apartment does not look like the newer pictures above, that must be their model apartment. These apartments are straight up overpriced. For the same/lower price, you can get an apartment with a balcony, better parking, and in a gated community around town. Parking is a horrible issue here and you can’t have guests. Lately they like to leave rude notes on everyone’s doors threatening to fine any and everyone if you do anything wrong. The office staff isn’t friendly. Wonderful place to live if you like the quietness away from the city, but still be in and have access to the city!
June 1, 2017Change is not easy for many. Especially me. My children and I have happily lived here almost seven years. Change brought many enjoyable eminities. There will always be conflict anytime you live in a apartment comlexe and difference of opionions, disagreements. You have to be realistic that you will here your neighbors and management is there job, otherwise it is no different then any apartments. Those freedoms you have living in a house. Even under harsh situations though management is ...approachable and she will do her best to work with you at resolution. If you want to live in a rural area away from the noise of the city, this has b en a wonderful place to live to my family for years. Nothing to Brag About
September 23, 2015These are just average apartments. No amenities to speak of except for a laundry room. No pool, no covered parking, etc. Our complex was just bought and taken over by a new company so we will see if they make improvements.
