Miss Jennifer is awesome and she makes living here amazing! Sh makes the office an amazing place to be! Especially when she goes out of her way to make people feel better! The rooms are decently sized and so are the rooms, an the amenities are amazing! I can't tell you how many times we would be in the pool in the summer!

VERY overpriced & no parking
June 24, 2020
These units are very small & not worth the price. We can hear our upstairs neighbors peeing even when we’re not in the bathroom. Also we were towed even though we have a sticker. I thought people just say that to scare others away, but it really did happen to us. We had the same sticker in the same spot for over a year but the new company still towed us. Good luck having guests as there are only a handful of visitor parking spots. Would not recommend to anyone.

Great office staff and nice, clean property

My name is Hiram Morton I Was having a hard time after having open heart surgery at my old apartments. When I went in to talk to them Shelbi and D'nay bent over backwards to Get me into an apartment. I could not ask to have been treated with more kindness and respect. Thank you for all the extra y'all did tip help me. There property is kept nice and clean.

Horrible apartment management, only cares about money will not address or fix any problems, severe lack of adequate parking, continuously raise rates year to year, no real courtesy officers to deal with issues. Maintenance is lacking as they refuse to replace any defective items until you move out. Security lights never work consistently. Very few amenities. Management says one thing and does another, get everything in writing. Cannot use apartment offered washer/dryer except during office hours. ...
Flags out front of the complex is a hazard to being able to see oncoming traffic when exiting the complex.

Not worth it

Our apartment does not look like the newer pictures above, that must be their model apartment. These apartments are straight up overpriced. For the same/lower price, you can get an apartment with a balcony, better parking, and in a gated community around town. Parking is a horrible issue here and you can’t have guests. Lately they like to leave rude notes on everyone’s doors threatening to fine any and everyone if you do anything wrong. The office staff isn’t friendly. The maintenance trues their ...

Nothing to Brag About

These are just average apartments. No amenities to speak of except for a laundry room. No pool, no covered parking, etc. Our complex was just bought and taken over by a new company so we will see if they make improvements.
