Senior Residence of Jacksonville is an amazing place to live under incredibly good management. The property manger Sandra and the repair man David are wonderful people. They go above and beyond to help you and actively keep the area safe and a healthy place to live. The grounds are always kept trimmed and cleaned and any problem you might run into gets fixed in a day or two at most! Never felt safer in any other property than the one managed by Broad Management and they hire such amazing and ...

This senior residence is like living in the country, I love the outdoor atmosphere and how Mrs. Sandra the manager connects with her tenants. She makes us feel like a family. She does frequent checks of the property before she leaves every day. usually taking a walk and greets us by name. I love the fact that we get to put plants and decorate our homes like it belongs to us. It's more than a property, it is a home for seniors.
