Beautiful Place to Live
March 20, 2025I have been living at Residences at Lakehouse for over 2 years. When you enter the gated community after a long day at work, you are happy to be home. You can relax and stroll the lake or take some time for yourself on a lakeside bench to read or meditate. The pool area is adjacent to the office where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee, tea or of course espresso. Grilling at the pool is another wonderful time with your loved ones. The gym is near the pool area so you can walk to it from your ...apartment. If you have fur babies then you will enjoy the properties dog park , where your dogs can run and play with you. Living at Residences at Lakehouse has been a wonderful experience for myself and family. I believe what truly makes it a wonderful place to live is its employees. Yennived, Adriana, Shane and Terri are very helpful, friendly and kind. The Maintenance and Porter teams keep the property running smoothly. If you see them on the property they are always busy but never too busy to wave and greet you with a smile. I appreciate their service and effort in making the property a wonderful place to live! Janille assisted us and she was very patient, kind, professional and provided us wonderful service. She was there for us since day one, supporting throughout the entire process. The application process was quick and effective. Even after we moved in, Janille was very attentive and always willing to help us. Janille was able to get everything ready within a week after our first call to ...this place. Stay Away
February 26, 2024This place has deteriorated. People are renting rooms, subleasing apartments to the point that some apartments have a lockbox for the keys, bringing unwanted tenants. Drug use goes on day and night. Police have been seen on premises several times. Sadly on site Management knows this but refuses to take care of all these problems.Review from Apartments.com

Bad Management, Bad Community
November 24, 2020In 3 years of living here, I don't think the front gate went one whole month without breaking at least once. They kept more than half of my security deposit to remodel the place after I left. They even charged me for the POSTAGE to send me the letter telling me what they were charging me for lol. August 16, 2020I love living at Lakehouse! It’s very family oriented, clean and quiet. The neighbors are all very friendly and so is everyone in the leasing office.
