Right when we went to rent, they refused to show us an actual apartment and only showed us the staged apartment and it was completely different from the apartment we got. The first time we went into our new apartment it was very dirty and there was a baby's handprint of the balcony door from the previous tenant. The hallways always smelt strongly of weed and the elevator was always dirty and had dog pee on its floors often than not and when we complain to management they always say that there's ...
nothing that they can do. The doors to the building were always open and it felt very unsafe. The management was genuinely so horrible and they always made us feel stupid if we complained about anything. They also misled us about the Guarantors program which led us into paying even more money and they also didn't give us our deposit back. One time I was alone in the apartment and someone knocked on the door while I was taking a nap and when I didn't answer, they immediately unlocked the door and it caused damage to the door frame which they blamed us for. Do not rent here, go somewhere better.
