Office is professional

March 21, 2024The apartments are old, literally built in 1982. and need a lot of work done on the inside. I’m waiting on my 1 yr lease to be up bc if it’s not the roaches, it’s the air conditioning leaking water all over the floor, or the welted kitchen cabinets, or the MOLD on my bathroom ceiling. Or the fact that Alyssa in the front office would not allow me to see my apartment before I moved in & while I waited an hour to get my keys, signed the lease agreement while waiting, all to finally get to see the ...apartment & it’s horrible.Property Manager Responded

They do not take care of emergencies on the weekend and I have a small child
December 24, 2023They left me and my toddler with water leaking from my ac onto my floor. I placed my work order for the issue on a Thursday night. I even called early that Friday to let front office know. I got home and there was nothing sone hot and miggy in my house from the ac being off 24 hours. I just got out here 2 months ago. Maintenance failed to come on Friday like they should have knowing they dont wrk on weekends and that Monday is Christmas so they won't be working. I was told me maintenance and the ...front office to turn and leave my ac off until they fixed the problem meaning they want my ac off for 3-4 days and I have a young child. I will be reporting this. And I have video of it literally raining from my ceiling. Melissa nor Alyssa can seem to help me with this so ill be calling corporate and sending them overt the video. You can tell they have had this issue before in this unit as there is rust on the ac vent area. Management is welcoming

Maintenance
September 5, 2023One maintenance man is awesome. One is crap. For 21 buildings, with 8-12 units each, they have 2-3 maintenance staff. I’ve lived here for 7.8 years. There have been 3 new owners and at least 10 new management staffs. 90% of my maintenance requests are done incorrectly or not done at all. At least 75% are not done at all. Every owner only cares about things they can charge more rent for. I only stay because I can’t afford to move.Property Manager Responded

DON'T DO IT!
July 21, 2020Very invasive new management... they're in my unit "inspecting" something on what seems like a bi weekly basis. They're in so often, i should charge rent! I understand they just bought the place late last year, but i don't want them coming in and out of my apartment unless they're actually fixing something.Review from Apartments.com
