October 17, 2023No one EVER answers the phone. 30 voicemails. Zero returned calls. If this is how they treat potential tenants, I can only imagine how they treat the existing ones.Property Manager Responded

May 10, 2023We have lived here for a couple of years, management keeps changing and the complex has definitely gone so far downhill that it’s sad. Let me list off some of the issues: There’s a big rig taking up 5 spots in the limited unassigned parking, and he will park close to your vehicle if there’s just enough room. Maintenance takes months to respond to calls, we haven’t had a stove in 3 months. It took them 2-3 months to respond to the work order for our freezer not making ice. Why bother putting ...work orders in when they aren’t responded to? The walls are thin, the residents are loud. You’ll hear anything from loud TV, yelling, or call of duty being played at all hours of the day. Cigarettes and weed. It’s everywhere. You can’t escape from the stench. Your neighbors will park in random covered spots because they’re too lazy to park a little further. If you complain to the offic, they’ll just tell you to call the towing company. We used to have a parcel pending service, but that hasn’t worked in over a year. So unless you state specifically in your order directions that you want your package delivered to your unit, it gets thrown in a “mail room” with dozens of other packages. Do not live here
September 5, 2022While I was living here the only problems I had were parking for guests, cost of utilities , and my neighbors smoking (cigarettes and other things). However when I was moving out, I was living in another place and in the process of moving all of my stuff out. I arrived at my apartment one day and my key did not work, after talking with the maintenance person (the office was closed with no notice) he said they had to change the locks because there had been issues with the unit. Was fine at first…
February 15, 2022I was happy here for the first two months, it’s been downhill from there shortly afterwards. Walls are so thin that you can hear literally all of your neighbors activity, our neighbors love turning the TV volume up all night and throwing what sounds like balls against the wall. Our downstairs neighbors are just as loud so we have noise coming from both floors and our shared walls. The utilities are billed by conservice, which means that it doesn’t matter how much water you do or don’t use, you’re ...lumped into an equal payment spread amongst everyone else in your building. Even if you’re never home, expect your utilities to be $70-90 a month on top of rent. Loud barking dogs at all hours of the day, some of the buildings have poor drainage so once a month we have a bath tub that doubles as a foot bath. I would not live here if my life depended on it!
November 18, 2021On 11/18/2021 at 10:00 I went to the door because I made a 10:00 appointment to see an apartment on line. The door was still locked, but the man behind a desk came out and opened it. I told him that I had an appointment at 10:00 to look at an apartment. He said, "Well, I don't have any appointments today to show apartments". I said well I made it online and he rudely interrupted me and said well most people call in to make appointments and that he doesn't see the online appointments. I said, ...well how do people know that when there is a button to set up an appointment on the website. He again said to me that most people call in to make an appointment. He then went on to tell me that he doesn't have any apartments to show me and turned around and walked back inside while the door shut in my face. I felt judged from the second I walked up there. When he told me that he has nothing to show me, I felt sad because any human being working for a company should never treat a customer like he did. I don't know how to get ahold of corporate or I would, but felt like leaving a review to let everyone that is thinking about going there, you will be judged the second you walk in the door.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Palm valley apartments rock
August 3, 2015I moved here from PA in June of 2014. All I can say is, I love these apartments! Due to my future financial situation I won't be able to rent from here any longer, but I really wish I could. The staff is always helpful, maintenance is on point, they have spacious apartments in a good neighborhood. The only thing I ever had a problem with was finding parking, but that's a small price to pay for such luxuries. The washer and dryers are in unit and up to date.
