    Whether it’s for commuting, shopping or food, this place has it all. Surrounded by a beautiful Del Webb community means there will always be high demand here. The new management, and especially the new property manager named Elvin are extremely helpful in getting question solved.

    I usually don’t write reviews but the service was amazing. Elvin went above and beyond helping me with the process. I’m new to the area and I wasn’t too sure if this was the right place for me. Elvin reassured me and answered all my questions. I’m happy I listen to him because I love my new apartment. He showed he really cared not just trying to make me sign a lease. 10/10 Experience

    The apartments are beautiful and soooo spacious. The area is super quiet. But the leasing office staff, Elvin was amazing. My kids love going everyday for snacks. Highly recommend you take a tour and see for yourself :)

  • Terrible management

    Nice apartments, adequate living and terrible management. The pool is never opened and work orders take forever to be done. All management does is complain about what’s in the balconies or parties but never do their part.

  • Office Staff is Unresponsive

    I have lived at this property for over 10 years. It used to have great office staff that was friendly and responsive. Not any more. The current management company is the worst one yet. They staff never answer the phone or return phone calls.

    Intente aplicar en este lugar y tiene una administración pésima, no te dicen de la primera vez todos los documentos necesarios cada vez que uno va te piden más y más nunca están conformes dos semanas para que al final me cancelaran la aplicación después de haber ido y perdido mi tiempo (que bastante valioso es en este país)tantas veces y para rematar te tratan en muy mala forma muy amarga experiencia

    I moved in on New Years Eve since my movers were a no show on the 30th. Love the apartment, awesome location, great staff. My blinds didn’t work and were repaired within a few hours before I ever moved in. Office staff has been amazing and very helpful. I feel safe here which was important. I’m very happy with my decision to move here.

  • Poor management, compare to previous management

    I moved out after 2 year of staying , office staff are not proactive , and need a lot of email and follow up, and check your bill they charge a lot of fees over the base price. Maintenance team is nice.
