Terrible management

Office Staff is Unresponsive
April 18, 2023I have lived at this property for over 10 years. It used to have great office staff that was friendly and responsive. Not any more. The current management company is the worst one yet. They staff never answer the phone or return phone calls.Property Manager Responded

January 14, 2022I moved in on New Years Eve since my movers were a no show on the 30th. Love the apartment, awesome location, great staff. My blinds didn’t work and were repaired within a few hours before I ever moved in. Office staff has been amazing and very helpful. I feel safe here which was important. Poor management, compare to previous management
March 29, 2021I moved out after 2 year of staying , office staff are not proactive , and need a lot of email and follow up, and check your bill they charge a lot of fees over the base price. Maintenance team is nice.Property Manager Responded
