Infestation
January 19, 2022We moved here 3 months ago and since moving in we have had both our vehicles broken into, the night security has been accused of breaking into storage units but that is still under investigation. We are asking to terminate our lease early over the lack of management. Currently we have been without ac for 2 days (middle of summer) and pending a response from management and also corporate (Franklin property management) save your money and skip Artsian and her sister properties. Our neighbor told ...us they were getting ready to leave because their son found a loaded gun at the park. Since living here we have had nothing but problems from bats to roaches. Many of our rooms have cracks in them that allowes for the bats to access the units freely. Bad apartments
November 18, 2017They seemed like nice apartments when they showed them to us. But when we moved in to ours it was dirty, smelled of smoke and had cockroaches everywhere including the dishwasher as well and that didn't even work either. Neighbors are loud no respect for others property kids running around with no respect for authority. Cops are here daily do not move here.Review from Apartments.com

August 16, 2017The layout of the apartment is very nice. But the apartment complex are INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!!!! I CANNOT WAIT TILL MY LEASE IS OVER TO GET OUT OF HERE!! They supposedly have a good company that comes and sprays, it seems like water. Management doesn't do anything about this problem!! Now I know why rent is so cheap. But it isn't worth the headache I've had to deal with. Disgusting!!! Please take my word and keep looking.Review from Apartments.com
