Sameer is awesome! The Maintenance staff is the best!
September 15, 2025Sameer came to the rescue and helped me get into my apartment in 5 minutes when I was locked out! I had a meeting I had to join online that started soon and realized before I got to my door that I left my fob inside the apartment. I went to the leasing office and asked Sameer as he was heading out of the building if he could assist quickly and he warmly agreed and immediately made his way over to help me! I made it to my virtual meeting on time because of his kind efforts and the experience was ...seamless. Each time I have put in a request before they come same day to fix the request. I have lived in multiple apartments but this complex has exceeding my expectations of what a maintenance team should be. 10/10 recommend living here, you will be taken care of.Property Manager Responded

March 5, 2025Residences at Shiloh has great spacing and a nice exterior. The spacing on the interior is nice and the community is a family and single adult environment. Ensure you ask many questions and get everything discussed in writing. Also be sure to enjoy the amenities. They're right in the front next to the leasing office. If you had to complain about your apartment still being dirty upon move in like I did you can go directly there.
