Let's just say photos do not do this location justice. It is bright and welcoming and it definitely caught my eye, not only is the community beautiful and active, the staff was top notch. I had to wait a couple minutes to be helped as there were two women in the office and boy do they know how to take care of people, they both acknowledged and said they would be with me as soon as they can and ...offered coffee and water. I had to pinch myself and realize, I was not at a vacation resort. Several minutes later I was greeted by Ms. Jennifer, oh she is the sweetest, kindest and most cheerful person I was able to meet in a long time. She was able to guide me in the right direction and what apartment that would work best for my needs as I am considering downsizing from a large home. Prior homeowner transitioning to living in an apartment, Jen the manager was so bubbly and friendly and expressed to me the things I need to be mindful of when apartment living, she offered me several different options and layout, I really couldn’t decide. The head of maintenance was just as nice and approachable. He was able to answer questions about my new home after I moved in and gave me some tips oh how to use the darn thermostat! Clearly, not ...advanced with technology, the young lady in the office, raye helped me with setting up my payments online and getting my internet setup. I have never been around so many nice people, the world is very cruel right now but coming into the office to see the staff, and bring them coffees has helped with my transition to easy living. July 27, 2021Feedback is always appreciated, but we're sorry you have a poor opinion of our apartments. We welcome any animal that meets the requirement for residency. If an animal shows aggression, regardless of status, it is subject to removal for violating the terms of the leasing agreement. While we have not experienced an increase in calls to the authorities, several police officers live at our community and park their patrol vehicles on-site. Keeping our apartments clean is a top priority, and the team walks the grounds and breezeways daily to ensure tidiness. Our staff takes pride in their reputation for providing high-caliber service, and we offer our most sincere apologies if you feel we missed the mark. Poor Treatment Of Tenants
April 8, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comTo make it short, We left due to relocation for work and left behind a few items. They sent us pictures of literally 1 coat hanger, and ironing board and gift wrap we forgot in the laundry room. They wanted to charge us $225 for deep clean of apartment and removal of items. I had responded asking for leniency due to the fact that we just paid them $5000 to break the lease, we did clean the apartment, and that it was a mistake that we left those items behind. They refused to help and said if I do ...not pay the $225 fee within 2 weeks then they would send us to collections. I would have recommended this complex to anyone previously but because of the way my family and I were treated I would never recommend this place to anyone. The team takes resident concerns seriously and gladly provides swift attention to reported issues. Our plumber inspected the pipes and removed a series of clogs comprised of non-flushable materials. As a reminder, certain items should not be flushed as they will clog the lines and result in a backup. We understand you and our team have been in constant communication. The team takes great pride in providing polite, professional service and offers their apologies if you feel they did not meet this standard. Maintaining the pristine condition of our apartments is important. Hallways are cleaned weekly to ensure they stay tidy, and pet waste stations stocked with bags are provided throughout our community. If garbage is present on the grounds, our maintenance crew removes it in a timely fashion. We have not received complaints of rubbish hindering our residents' enjoyment of the amenities and would immediately address any such situation. September 19, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI came here when going to Starbucks. I loved it from the minute I walked in and seen the beautiful clubhouse. Jennifer gave me a tour of the clubhouse and she showed me the model of a two bedroom it was just a beautiful as the clubhouse. I look around for a while and Jennifer made it fun looking at the apartment. The other girl in the office i think it was Ray, was just as nice.I know for sure that I found the perfect place for me. I was not able to actually see the community as I was out of state. Jennifer and Rae where very helpful and made me very comfortable from a far. Everything I was told from the ladies in office was so true the community is beautiful. The entire staff are always around the property helpful and friendly. August 24, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comMoving here was the best choice! The amenities are beautiful and brand new. The staff is warm and welcoming. They are always kind and go above and beyond for me. I always see them out and about cleaning and working hard, even in this Florida Heat. What shocked me the most was seeing the ladies in the office, getting their hands dirty and helping out the maintenance guys, I have never seen this happen. Office helping maintenance clean!
