The move-in experience is very pleasant, Ashley is very helpful with moving in instructions, and responses my emails very quickly! They're still working on the add ons but otherwise staff is nice. Only thing I have noticed is that my specific unit does not tend to hold heat very well.. Maybe not well insulated?
