The unit is brand new, very clean. The move-in experience is very pleasant, Ashley is very helpful with moving in instructions, and responses my emails very quickly! The loading dock has free carts for residents to borrow, which is great. However, the walls are very thin and not soundproof at all.

So far so good, we really love the amenities. There are certainly a few things to get used too and you can tell they are still working out the kinks due to the newness of the community and apartments. The animal friendly aspect has been great so far and management is very responsive.

Everything is great! The management team is great!! Almost a year living here and I have no complaints. They're fast to respond and resolve any issues. Neighbors are pleasant. Great amenities and activities. Very nice location. Kind of hidden. And I Love it!. Apartments are gorgeous and good in size for couples and singles. 2 bedroom recommended for family of 3 or 4 i would say. That will be my next upgrade. And I can not wait. ?? I highly recommend people to live here.

So far so good.. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are pretty decent compared to other places in the area. No additional parking fees/gym fees. They're still working on the add ons but otherwise staff is nice. Only thing I have noticed is that my specific unit does not tend to hold heat very well.. Maybe not well insulated? Otherwise, the experience has been pleasant so far.

This apartment building feels like a campus! You can walk around and safely walk your dog. There is a deli on the third floor open from 7-3pm, a barbershop, a bookstore and more. It is such a beautiful place to live.
