January 1, 2025It's good overall, only wish that management were a bit responsive on phone. The apartment comes well in the budget, however there are certain differences in the apartments of the same price.Review from Apartments.com

November 22, 2024Apartment staff are amazing and super nice. Whenever there is a maintenance problem, they are quick to fix. The community is nice too, generally quiet. Beware of the roach problem however, as we pay for pest control every month but they only come out once every few months unless individually requested. Additionally, someone with a large dog is not cleaning up after it in the backyards. I counted eight large piles in the past three days while taking my dog out and there are two waste stations in ...the back. It would be nice if other members respected the community grounds.Property Manager Responded

November 18, 2024I enjoy the peace and quiet and how fast maintenance responds to requests being put in. I just don’t like the pest control problem. I put in a few work orders for roach problems and although they come out the issue is still there. November 22, 2024Super annoyed by how complicated the renewal process was. I agree to keep paying you even more money, and you rewarded me by making me spend literally 15 minutes clicking through agreeing to so many things - including that I would ASK FOR PERMISSION to put up Christmas decorations. And now I have to again prove I have renter’s insurance and the process is grueling. I did the process, and now it wants another document uploaded - but the link goes to a page that WON’T LOAD!! I literally can’t ...comply … will have to call the random 3rd party company and hope they fix it. You making staying very very painful - unnecessarily..Property Manager Responded

Maintenance / Little to no communication
October 30, 2024The fact of the matter is that this apartment complex is not a great place to live. My husband and I lived here for 5 months of what was supposed to be a ten month lease. We experienced a unit that flooded anytime it rained, we then moved to anther unit, just for it to need major plumbing work. Both units we lived in needed major work and it was massively inconvenient to move between apartments with no help or pay. We were let out of our lease eventually. During the plumbing issue where they ...drilled a 2 foot hole in our kitchen, we were refused a hotel stay because repairs "may take a few days or they can take months to complete". This came as a shock to us because plumbing work smells putrid. Maintenance was very kind, and did what they could, but the management staff were very un-communicative during all of these processes. we had to reach out to get updates, were not kept in the loop, and if we had not advocated for ourselves, our inconveniences would have been ignored. We moved out two months ago and have still not received our deposit back nor our commission for all of the inconveniences. Reviews on apartments almost never look good but, trust me when I say this apartment is not worth it.Property Manager Responded
