Shady Apartment Complex

Management has been extremely unresponsive—phone calls go unanswered, get vague responses from managers that eventually turns into completely ignoring you and never responding. The gates never worked properly, trash frequently overflowed, multiple packages stolen from mail room, found people sleeping in the clubhouse. My security deposit has not been returned without any clear explanation after 3 months of moving out. Overall, a very frustrating experience.Property Manager Responded

December 26, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comLakeside is in a nice area, thats it. Speedy responses to maintenance issues. Cordial staff but you won’t be able to use the amenities you pay for outside of the apartment uninterrupted only the gym which is always open to the public.

November 3, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI enjoy living in Lakeside. My apartment faces the trees and I have a great view of nature. The gazebo and the gyms are nice are usually aren't busy. The vaulted ceiling really adds to the apartment. And the maintenance team is responsive and efficient.

Everything is new / well maintained and it is quiet at night. The leasing staff is top notch and all my maintenance request were fulfilled or fixed immediately. I would recommend Lakeside to my closest of friends - in fact I already have.
