All-in-all living here has made my life so much easier. I don't have to go outside to put the garbage out, do my wash or get my mail, The elevators make it easier to get my groceries and packages to my apartment. Having a mailroom to have packages delivered to is great, too. I don't have to worry about anyone taking my packages, like has happened in the past. The people are very friendly but not nosey. I am very happy I made the move to live here,

Phenomenal! Absolutely beautiful building. The apartments are very nice, well applianced and spacious! Central air/ heat, which is included, is very efficient and easy to use! Office staff are extremely pleasant, friendly and professional! Maintenance is responsive and very skilled, plus Jason is a really great guy! I’m very happy here at Residence at Wells. There are some pretty awesome people living in this building. I had my husband carry a large package upstairs to my neighbors in Apt. 301, a lovely couple I met in the Elevator. My intention was paying forward the selfless service. The day prior someone helped me jump start my vehicle. We should continue to "look out for our neighbors"!

I have been here since March 2022. I overall am comfortable and happy residing here at Wells. There have been minor issues in which management has addressed promptly. My neighbors are delightful and respectful and that's an absolute plus living in a community with different races and life styles. It definitely feels like Home.
