Good Experience
November 19, 2025My experience with this place, so far has been pretty good because the process of moving in was pretty easy and kind of fast which works fine with me. I was excited about moving here because I have family members in the neighborhood and I don’t have any complaints from them. I’ll be moving to the first floor so I’m hoping there won’t be a lot of bug (roach) problems because of that.Property Manager Responded

October 9, 2019We have a wonderful local manager June who listens to the concerns of the people living there and has been instrumental in improving the trash issue. The actual apartments are spacious, neighbors are friendly, low crime and local to many areas and the grounds are well-kept.Property Manager Responded

I couldnt wait to move OUT!
August 31, 2018This was the worse complex I ever lived in. Management is very RUDE and unorganized. Loud neighbors, surprise fees and dirty parking lot. Maintenance is very slow and/or will forget your request until you call to remind them. Pool was barely open all summer as well as the gym(still not open) There is nothing outstanding about this apartment complex, no special amenities. You basically pay for the Mint Hill area. PLEASE reconsider.Review from Apartments.com
Love my spacious home!
January 3, 2018FINALLY.....I am happy! I lived elsewhere for over 5 years with minor hiccups, only to move a another community. Well after 3 months, I could not take the issues at that place. Now I finally found happiness again! I have been on the community for several months now, I love my over sized apartment home. I moved in to a small issue that the office actually made me aware of in advance. It was corrected within 24 hours. I have not had any other maintenance issues since. I reported a separate issue to ...the office and it was addressed to our satisfaction and most importantly IMMEDIATELY! This office staff has it together! Wouldn't Recommend
August 29, 2016Apartment was very outdated, dirty and in disrepair upon move in. The walkways are dirty. The compactor is always overflowing. It took a lot of calls and nearly a week to get the mandatory cable hooked up. Not one email sent through the account website was ever answered. Pool was repeatedly not unlocked at the time it was to open. Expect to pay $100 more a month for rent than what is quoted after mandatory cable, water and incidentals. Also be aware that not all apartments have a coat closet and ...linen closet. Ours had neither. I wouldn't do it again.Property Manager Responded
