My experience with this place, so far has been pretty good because the process of moving in was pretty easy and kind of fast which works fine with me. I was excited about moving here because I have family members in the neighborhood and I don’t have any complaints from them. I’ll be moving to the first floor so I’m hoping there won’t be a lot of bug (roach) problems because of that.

We have a wonderful local manager June who listens to the concerns of the people living there and has been instrumental in improving the trash issue. The actual apartments are spacious, neighbors are friendly, low crime and local to many areas and the grounds are well-kept.

This was the worse complex I ever lived in. Management is very RUDE and unorganized. Loud neighbors, surprise fees and dirty parking lot. Maintenance is very slow and/or will forget your request until you call to remind them. Pool was barely open all summer as well as the gym(still not open) There is nothing outstanding about this apartment complex, no special amenities. You basically pay for the Mint Hill area. PLEASE reconsider.

Apartment was very outdated, dirty and in disrepair upon move in.
The walkways are dirty. The compactor is always overflowing.
It took a lot of calls and nearly a week to get the mandatory cable hooked up.
Not one email sent through the account website was ever answered.
Pool was repeatedly not unlocked at the time it was to open.
Expect to pay $100 more a month for rent than what is quoted after mandatory cable, water and incidentals.
Also be aware that not all apartments have a coat closet and ...
linen closet. Ours had neither.
I wouldn't do it again.
