Unsafe place to live
December 21, 2017Terrifying place... poor security. Lot of break ins and freaking out incidents happening in the apartment with no valid measures taken. Never recommend for anyone coming here.Property Manager Responded

January 2, 2018Crime in our neighborhood is always disconcerting. In addition to high definition cameras installed at every entry drive, we have reached out to Irving Police for increased patrols at night as well as to schedule a Neighborhood Watch meeting. Heartland Patrol has also been alerted to be on the lookout for suspicious activity. Working together we hope to apprehend the individuals responsible for the recent crime.

No safety in community
December 19, 2017There are many burglary incidents happening in this community.There was package theft, few open houses and thefts.Burglars are breaking open the apartments at night and attacked residents. Zero security
December 19, 2017Absolutely no security ,we are having break ins every other day ,the people are assaulted ,thinking are stolen ,still no measures taken from management or irving police ,maintainance and rest are good ,but security is the biggest concern ,if you care for your family please stay awayProperty Manager Responded
January 2, 2018Crime within your own community is always alarming. We know how much trust our residents place on us and our number one priority is their safety and well being. We have upped patrols with both Irving PD and Heartland Security. This past year numerous cameras were installed to capture the best footage of individuals entering and leaving our community. Our lighting is checked regularly by maintenance. In addition, we notify all our residents of incidents reported to us so that they can take proactive precautions. Worst society I have ever stayed in United States- Camden Valley Park Apartment Irving
December 19, 20171. Full of roaches in all the apartment. Thousands of these type you can see everywhere in your apartment. Keeping anything like food for one minute you will have 2-3 roaches inside it. Even when you are slipping you will feel roaches crawling over you. 2. Worst quality of appliance you will find in your apartment. People say that service is good here. Appliance are so bad that you have to call the service guys every week. 3. Forcefully you have to take internet and TV connection from the ...community and for which you have to pay $85 every month but the connection is really bad as compare to other service. 4. Most of the leasing office support staffs have no manner to talk to people paying and staying here. 5. Finally the security. It’s same if you keep your apartment door open or locked during day or night. Every week there is a force entry happen here. People are getting bitten up for money, jewelry or other staff like mobile or laptop. Even if you pay everything then will beat you and your family. Community management says they do not have any money for the gate. They have few cameras at the main entry but I think that is just a show off and of no use. Till date so many cases I have seen but nothing happened. Nobody got arrested and it is happening every week. August 11, 2016The location is convenient and within an extraordinary school district.However, the apartments are old and have a lot of issues. Camden management do not care to fix these issues until reported. Service members are very nice and prompt to respond to service requests. Management, on the other hand, are very disrespectful and disregarding. They do not listen to your concerns and do not bother to answer your questions. They don't listen to what have you to say and instead only worry about their ...business. They cheat you for your money. The rent is also very expensive and hiked by unreasonable amounts every year that you extend your lease. You're charged $30 a month for car ports that aren't well maintained, if you wish to use one. Overall, the apartments can barely be called decent, the location is fantastic, and the service staff are exceptional, but the management are rude, unresponsive, and simply ill-mannered.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 29, 2015Camden Valley Park is a great place to live. First, the staff is great and always friendly. They even know me by name. My apartment is small but pretty nice. I have an stainless steel frig and black stove. The walk in closet is huge with great shelves and storage. My only issue is that they no longer receive mail at the clubhouse.Review from Apartments.com
