Great proximity to The Hill

February 20, 2024Managment and maintinence are great! They are always willing to come "do the dirty work" themselves and help out. Location is very convient to campus with a 5 minute walk, comparable to living in the dorms. Laundry can be a hassle sometimes due to broken machines and/or not having enough machines but it is free to use for tenants! One of the cheapest places in the area and a super convienient location! But management, especially Hannah, is the number one selling point. She was literally on hands and knees helping residents dig their cars out of the snow this winter. Their responsiveness, care and rapport with residents is one I've never seen from any other management before. Cons: the apartments are really old so things like dishwasher, the laundry room, and ...bathrooms can be handfuls. Sublease fee not in contract
April 2, 2020This apartment complex extorts tenants to pay a $100 subleasing fee that is not mentioned in the Edge RPM contract. Don’t sign with them if you want to sublease. I’ve reported them to the Cedar Falls government.Review from Apartments.com
Great management and maintenance
June 8, 2018My son’s have lived here the last 2 years. I am so impressed with the way they handle maintenance. Any time they put in a request they had someone there within 24 hours. Their a/c went out over Memorial Day weekend and they had someone there on Memorial Day to try to fix. Krystal in the office is wonderful! I would definitely recommend.Property Manager Responded

Super Close, Super price
September 8, 2015I made a last minute decision to go to UNI and had to find a place quick. After class I stopped by the office and the lady was super nice. She matched me up with two others whom I got to meet ahead of signing. They were great. I can't believe how close it is to campus for the price. Also neat they allow to pay rent online. My apartment had new flooring and my room is good size. I have a lower level and most days I can park right outside my apartment door. I'm very pleased.Review from Apartments.com
