So many car theft incidents taking place in this society from past 6 months. Random homeless people coming inside and trying to enter empty apartments and knocking other doors. Leasing management don’t care about these things, they just tell to call 911. They also don’t inform residents about these incidents so that people will be cautious. Stay safe and be at your own risk.

The apartment office recently started making MANDATORY INSPECTIONS because of how bad the pest problem is! The apartments themselves are small and haven't been upgraded in some time. You can definitely find cheaper apartments with better office staff somewhere else. The only upside to the complex is the location, but at what cost to your ...

The management don't really care about the tenants.
Recently there have been a string of robberies and break-ins (in these apartments as well as in the nearby apartments) so some of the tenants got together and decided to go to the management office to ask for the management to add some security measures, like extra cameras in the common areas, security guards, gates, etc. but instead we were asked to just call 911 and to setup our apartment alarm system. Not only that they called the cops on ...
the people who came to meat them and had them booted out of the office. There are not enough cameras, no gate, no guard and no security precaution to make the tenants feel safe.
The general condition of the apartment is beat up, cockroaches are coming out of every corner, out of the dish washer, from the shower tubs, etc. The air conditioners are old and broken, the stop working every other week in summer and the management is unwilling to replace them. There was one building which lost water for the whole weekend while they were trying to fix it whole weekend no one else got anything else fixed, and they didn't even manage to fix the water in this building.
Only if the management and the ownership cared a little more about how to solve some of these problems and stop trying to screw the tenants to make a few extra bucks.

I have been here for a little over a year and couldn't be happier with the management team. Anytime something is broken or needs to be looked at, the apartment handles it within 24 hours. They also do a fantastic job keeping the pools and grounds clean. The reason I did not give the complex five stars, is because the patios and workout room are really small (only 5 machines), but there is a lake to walk or run around if you don't mind the heat.
