August 7, 2025There are so many issues within these apartments it’s baffling. The main points being the leasing staff lied to us and filled in their own answers to get us to sign for a 12month lease, the state of the apartment on move in day was absurd, and communications within are unbearable. The apartment had a door hanging from the hinge, lights out of the ceiling, bathroom fans exploding with gunk, walls pealing, and counter not even flush with sides of wall. With billing, they sent us the entirely wrong ...company for the mandatory services (ex trash valet) , resulting in us getting raccoons on the porch and daily messes to clean since it was never collected. The amount of issues is ridiculous, especially when we had just had a new born 2 months after moving in. Even having a period of no water “if possible” for an extended period of time. We will not be renewing and highly do NOT recommend.Property Manager Responded

Horrible
June 14, 2022There are too many complaints to even list, but from start to finish, it was a horrible experience. The photos should not be believed, they are heavily done up. My apartment was given to me in an unlivable state, caked in dirt and debris. My AC was unreliable, the maintenance team was also unreliable and were always upset to even have to help me, and the property is not kept up. Trash was always thrown about, parking lots are crumbling, and even after a "renovation", the property is poorly cared ...for. Avoid at all costs.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Retreat at Crosstown
August 31, 2015My girlfriend and I currently reside in the Retreat at Crosstown apartment complex here in Riverview, FL. We'vr been together 6 years and are 21 years old. This is our first home together and we are very happy with it here. They have a nice little dog park for our boxer Franklin and a very nice Gym which we try to use often.
