I moved in like 3 months ago and it’s been terrible ever since. Parking is horrible, people are parking on curbs, in front of the dumpsters, by stop signs . The office was supposed to be working on parking passes but never gave them out.. they are taking their precious time . My car got towed like 3 times because I never have a parking spot . Also my upstairs neighbors are always loud and when I asked them to please quiet down they slammed the door in my face. Maintenance is also inconsistent ...

It has taken a month to receive a call to apply. They all lack honesty about the availability and application process. They lied about a few things during my application process. They seem to cater to Somila and Hispanic/Latino applicants. I do not recommend and do not waste your time. You will be another applicant to meet their monthly quota.

I was told I would hear back in a week at most and they would have an apartment to show by the following week. It is now May 28th and nothing, whenever I reach out there is no response or responsibility from the management. I keep being told my application is still in " compliance". A month later seems irrational. This is an income based apartment however, I don't have CMHA so I ...
