Great Complex
November 5, 2024The maintenance guys are good with emergency calls & fixtures, especially Jarji. He explained what happened to my A/C and got it fixed. The new manager is polite when I met her, way better than the last manager that brushed me off. Terrible
July 11, 2024Please take time and drive through this neighborhood on a Friday or Saturday night. The trash is always over flowing and on the ground. Management doesn’t care about your concerns, they just give you the customer service act. For the amount of money here there’s plenty of better, safer places around.Property Manager Responded

Awful
July 3, 2024On-site manager lies about getting in contact with corporation. We had issues with our ceiling that she tried to sweep under the rug. There are no on-site maintenance crew members, but the complex swears they are competent when they couldn't figure out our leak. We have asked several times for a licensed and bonded inspector and they refuse. Their solution was to move us to another apartment, but keep sending in the same people. July 14, 2023I'm pretty sure people move into newer apartments expecting a different experience, I did that. My expectations of this place where high, giving the fact that they're new and expensive as heck. Back don't be fool by their appearance, the place is spacious, and everything in them is new, but that doesn't meat everything works properly. And the quietness of the place; Forget about it. You can literally hear absolutely everything the neighbors upstairs do, even the pressure of the water running ...down the pipes when they flush the toilet, or the shower.
