RUN - DO NOT LEASE HERE! NIGHTMARE!!
March 31, 2025These apartments are a complete disappointment. Cigarette and marijuana smoke regularly seeps into the units, making the living conditions unhealthy and unbearable. To make matters worse, the construction is embarrassingly poor — you can hear every word and every step from your neighbors like there’s nothing but cardboard between you. The cabinets, carpet, and finishes are the cheapest imaginable, yet you’re charged like it’s luxury. To top it all off, the new management company that took over ...from Greystar is a joke — unempathetic, inflexible, and completely unhelpful when it comes to real tenant concerns. If you have health or safety issues, don’t expect help — expect to be ignored. I will be reporting this situation to the North Carolina Housing Code Enforcement Division so other tenants won’t have to suffer through what I have. August 2, 2024People have a hard time reading signs and will drive close behind you when coming through the gate. July 27, 2024Over all great place. The layout of the floor plans make things a little inconvenient (the washer and dryer doors/bathroom/ utility closet hallway). Maintenance is great, responds typically next day. Another con is the gate. It’s too easy for people who don’t live here to get in.
