My apartment is spacious, in good condition, and is surprisingly well built- there isn't a ton of outside noise that disrupts my 2nd floor home. The amenities are really nice, as well. And we are much closer to our jobs, which allows us to wake up a little later. The staff here are also amazing. December 21, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comPeople leave trash at the dumpster all the time without even opening the door to see if it’s full. I was almost sprayed by a skunk there and see rats there. People don’t clean up after their pets either. There is dog poop every where, even on the sidewalks and next to the provided bags and dog waste areas. The dog park is covered in fleas. I can’t even take my dogs there without dealing with fleas for 2 weeks after. I quit taking them 3 years ago. It’s a mess with dog poop as well. I ...walk by and see poop all the time. The office and maintenance staff have always been great. I walk a lot and always see drug deals taken place in the parking lot. I just choose to mind my own business because I don’t want anyone messing with my dogs, my vehicles or myself.Read More

December 12, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comWhile the apartment itself is attractive, the overall living experience has declined significantly. There is frequently pet waste left throughout the property, and the odor of marijuana from neighboring units has become a recurring issue. Despite multiple reports, these concerns have not been adequately addressed. The absence of a visible courtesy officer further contributes to the lack of accountability, and the front office has routinely directed residents to “call the police” rather than ...taking action.
