Starting with talking over the phone. Then beginning the on-site process with visiting their show room trailer. Getting to see the finishes, apartment lay outs and the property map there, helped me select the right unit. The hard hat tour Brittany led yesterday, was great. She helped me measure to ensure my furniture would fit and she answered all my questions ...quickly and clearly. Her follow up has been excellent. She is very professional and a joy to work with.
