We Love Venterra
July 13, 2025My wife and I are loving it here. It’s not to far from the airport or any retail stores. The neighborhood is also surprisingly quiet for being in a city. They also have Amazon lockers that make sure your mail isn't stolen, this MASSIVE. My last apartment I had my mail tossed around a mail room or stolen.Review from Apartments.com

July 17, 2023Maintenance requests with the retreat at Kedron have a month plus lead before being corrected. In my 5 months here I have put in maintenance requests for all three complex’s grills not lighting, community car wash hose leaking to the point it was unusable, and my units air conditioning. June 21st I put in a request for my unit being unable to cool. About a week later they replaced the thermostat and recharged freon on the heat pump. That fixed the cooling issue but, now my unit squeals constantly ...like a loud high pitch dog whistle keeping me up at night. This has gone on since July 4th and is still present. Complex maintenance has attempted to fix this 4 times with no success. I recommended to the community manager to hire an HVAC company to fix this and she did not entertain the idea. I asked to speak to a supervisor as I cannot take the sleep deprivations any longer and since there has been no further efforts to fix problem. The phone number of a supervisor provided goes straight to voicemail. Retreat at Kedron? More like, Luxury at Kedron!
August 1, 2015The Retreat at Kedron has been more than a pleasant experience since day 1. Even though we had a few minor maintenance issues upon moving in, management stepped up and dealt with each situation almost instantaneously. The apartments themselves are very spacious with walk-in closets the size of a small office! The landscape is well manicured with a beautiful swimming pool that feels like it belongs to an upscale hotel. The location is perfect with all shopping you could ever need with only ...just a golf cart ride away on Peachtree City's well known golf cart paths! The rental rate is reasonable in comparison to the location in the city with local schools being among some of the top in the state. There is even a valet trash service that picks up your trash right outside your door on a daily basis! Also, pets are welcome!
