I recently moved to Retreat of Krum and my only regret is that I didn't move here sooner! My apartment is so nice, clean, and safe for over 55. Walk-in shower for example. Staff is very caring and really seem enthusiastic to make residents not just satisfied but happy. Maintenance has responded promptly, with courteous professionalism. My wife and I are literally retired poolside in this wonderful community! We moved into our new apartment in July of last year (2023) and consider ourselves "Pioneers" as two of the first few here. This remains very much a new community as construction completes on the last of the buildings. As in any brand new build, there have been a few growing pains, but the management and maintenance team here has been amazing to work with.
