October 2, 2025Community seems to be okay. Lots of speeding cars through the neighborhood when the kids are outside playing. Community is clean but takes management a while to get back to you. Moving in to our new home, we’ve found a lot of issues with a brand new build.Property Manager Responded

August 17, 2025Experience has been generally positive. Master Bathroom is poorly designed. We requested pest control but did not receive it. Irrigation system uses absurd amount of water. Pipe or sprinkler head may be broken.Property Manager Responded

August 11, 2025I have just moved in as of August 8th. While I have enjoyed the area, and the new neighbors the move in process what a little rough. There were not clear enrollment and guidance. August 7, 2025The neighborhood is very new, some homes are still in the processes of being built. I thought that would bring more traffic however we don't even notice the construction. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. You see lots of people being active outside. Community has nice floor plans and they are priced descently for the area.
