This place was great when I first moved in i2024 new management took over March 2026. These people are great when you sign the lease but beware because once that documents signed they will not be around. They do not answer current resident phone calls they do not return phone calls. They do not answer emails either. They convinced me that I needed to pay for the entire month of my last month of rent just because THEY could not find my lease and that they would reimburse me as soon as I moved out. ...
I was able to find the lease once I started moving out. The term date was the 26th of the month and I paid through the 31st.Well, now we’re going into two months post me competent leaving and they still haven’t paid me back despite numerous phone calls and many, many emails Lena in particular seems to be very incompetent. She screwed me on the deposit and the additional days that they had me pay in good faith.
The complex is old and in need of ann upgrade, but otherwise it’s not too bad. It’s just the management is terrible, terrible. terrible,
