January 4, 2022Lived here a year. Firstly rent was raised by 400 in a year. UNNACCEPTABLE. I've been leaving voicemails for 4 days and calling for 5 with no answer or return to get some stuff back.Property Manager Responded

October 22, 2020The office staff will ignore you and are never available. The garbage is piled high. When I moved out no one would do a walk through with me. Balance of budget and luxury
September 23, 2015For the price, it's hard to beat Jasmine Place. It's conveniently located between Wilmington Island and River Street with many shops within a 10-minute drive. There is a gate, but it's often not working. There is a pool, laundry room, playground, and work-out room; all nice to have. No balcony or sunroom, and the bathrooms are strange in that they are connected to each other. But the units are clean and fairly spacious. August 23, 2015I have just moved to Jasmine Place and the ladies in the office were very much here to help me fit right in. I am really enjoying my new apt. It's in a great location in Savannah Ga. gated and makes me feel really safe.
