I still have not received my security deposit even though the apartment has been rented. I have even called corporate. Nothing!

It's conveniently located between Wilmington Island and River Street with many shops within a 10-minute drive. There is a gate, but it's often not working. There is a pool, laundry room, playground, and work-out room; all nice to have. No balcony or sunroom, and the bathrooms are strange in that they are connected to each other. But the units are clean and fairly spacious. The management has been nothing but helpful in fixing minor issues. Overall, ...a lot of pros here.Read More
