It is very safe and regularly patrolled. The complex is clean and the community is friendly and quiet. The staff are very helpful and do their best to make living in the community as easy and comfortable as possible. So far these are the qualities I have noticed, but of course the more I observed and learned, I hope I will notice so many qualities too. My move in was very smooth.
