July 22, 2021This is such a nice complex,- true retreat with Gym and Pool! It is located in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible. Morgan and Josie are wonderful management team. They are very friendly and helpful and keep everything well organized and running smooth. That itself is a big deal for any renter! I enjoyed living here and highly recommend anybody who is looking either for a short-term or a long-term rentals.Review from Apartments.com

November 3, 2019Upon move in we weren't all too pleased given that dog hair was still embedded in the carpet and you could smell everything from it all drying, but after we made that clear it was quickly tended to. The maintenance orders were handled in a timely manner throughout our stay and the management was never like the nightmares you read about with seemingly every 1 in 3 apartments. Anyway, the 12 foot vaulted ceilings made the place feel very spacious, the look of the units and buildings themselves was ...nice, and the location was great for us. October 30, 2019I gave this place a 5 star when I moved in after the great customer service I got. I moved out a few weeks ago. The move out experience was just as smooth as my move in experience. January 12, 2017I am not new to apartment living and some of my experiences in the past have not been great. Retreat at Silvercloud exceeded my expectations. Apartment living isn't perfect but the staff here really gets it. Work orders are always taken care of and requests are responded too. The leasing office is always welcoming and has coffee and cookies daily. I've never lived in a better place!Review from Apartments.com
horrible management
December 14, 2016Worst experience living in these apartments. I have never had so many harassment notes from a landlord in my entire rental career. They tried telling us we have to get rid of our boxer after they insisted he was a pitbull. Once we went over the breed restrictions on the lease I signed prior to getting the dog they agreed to let us keep him for the remainder of our lease. Next they left a note telling us our dogs have been running off leashes. False. We keep both our boxer and shitzhu leashed at ...all times due to the fact we know people are thinking our boxer is a pitbull. The next complaint was that we don't clean up after them when they go to the bathroom.. WRONG we have cleaned up our dogs feces as well as other feces that have been left behind. Oh and did I mention that we have even been shoveling the sidewalks for them? Absolutely the worst rental experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Great Property
November 14, 2016I've been living here about 6 months now. I moved in after a recent divorce and it is my first experience living in an apartment after many years in a single-family home. I chose this place for the location near my work, the quality and floor plan of the apartment itself. I read about the property and some of the reviews. It seems to me that most the apartment reviews are from some enormous complaint on a specific issue. This place had more positive reviews then most, which I considered a big ...plus. As for my experience, so far so good on all counts. The build quality of the apartment is good, interior noise from other apartments is minimal, the exterior noise is reasonable and what I would expect. The quality of cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, flooring, etc. is excellent. The apartment was in superior condition when I moved in; carpets clean, fresh paint, bathrooms pristine The location is perfect for me. Short distance to downtown, and to the greenbelt, and they are VERY pet friendly even have a cute little fenced in area for my dog. I can’t walk my dog pass the office without him pulling me in to the office for his daily treat. The property management staff has been great to work with so far. BEWARE!!!! Not what it looks like on the surface!!
March 9, 2016Beware!!!!!! While these the apartments are very nicely laid out and very pretty....structurally they are built cheap. You will be able to hear even non loud laughing, talking, not to mention if a child lives below or above...then it feels like an earthquake is happening....not being dramatic....I've been in a few earthquakes ....disturbing!! And if you think it will be quieter on the top floor...no one lets you know the furnace/air conditioner units are on the roof....sounds like an ...airplane above you - even when your own unit isn't running. Than there is the rule of allowing everyone smoke on their patios....well there goes sitting on your patio or opening your windows on a nice spring day!! So disappointing!!
