Avoid at all cost
October 8, 2024Moved in this summer. No hot water. Then the bugs came. The apartment door leaks causing flooding twice before someone could fix, including waiting several days for someone to come and even look at it. Had water 6 feet into my apartment. The AC went out and was down for almost a week during August. They enter my unit without notifying me and I cannot open service requests online. I call, no one calls back. They closed the office at this location. I decided to move out. They are hard to ...meet with, and now want an early term fee from me. Complete disaster.
