August 1, 2025When I toured this complex back in May I had a choice between 2 units. I chose the first unit I saw because it was on the end, despite the fact that the other unit was nicer. Welp, 3 months later, and I’m rather disappointed at the fact that: 1. I can’t put a patio set or chairs of any kind out back because the area stays wet all the time, and I wasn’t informed until a month AFTER moving in, that there was an ongoing water issue with the water department, which has the entire side and back of my ...unit soaked in water! The landscaper can’t cut my grass unless he wears knee high rain boots and uses an edger or weed cutter! Each time it rains, it looks more and more like the slab in front of my back door is sinking. There’s no way they did not know there was an ongoing water issue before moving someone in these units! 2. Good luck submitting maintenance requests. They’re closed out without anyone ever setting foot in my place to fix anything! Both bedrooms have yet to have the blinds replaced. In addition, I submitted a maintenance request to inform them that the water pressure in my upstairs bathroom is not strong at all. I have to use the downstairs bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth! That’s ridiculous! I’m at a point to where I just want to be relocated to another unit and pray it’s not worse than this one! Terrible experience
January 24, 2023I drove over 20 hours to get to an apartment (St.Hell) that is, 1. In a bad area 2. No running water! Bad enough I moved during the weekend (office close) so I had to wait till Monday, I went to the office at 938am, left and came back home at 5pm, still no running water. Maintenance came and said “ you’re going to have to do with what you got”. So the next morning I waited for maintenance to arrive and no one showed up till i went to the office upset, now my base broad in my kitchen is leaking, ...don’t ask me how or why but it is, now today makes 5 days me and my family haven’t showered, worse move ever.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 8, 2022My family, the Bruce clan, just moved in at the end of May, and for the first time in a while, we are content to be where we are. It did take some time to get things situated for our lease signing as there is new management, but everyone we worked with was welcoming and friendly and informative. The office staff did all they could to accommodate our requests for a washer/dryer connection and apartment with the new renovations. We had a few things wrong in our apartment and maintenance was on ...top of getting those things fixed. We are happy with the cost of the rent as it was in the budget we were looking for and it's close to our work. The recreation center across the street has a pool and amenities we can take part in. The pool is even free. We plan to stay here until we buy a house. We recommend the Retreat at St. Andrews. They are working on renovating and cleaning up the neighborhood. ok place to live... but not what it cracks up to be
February 8, 2016This place is ok, however the manager is not always on site and the manager lives there. Maintenance is always a patch up job and you have to call more than once to get things fixed.It was good while it lasted, but I'm glad im gone from there.
