Great Choice
November 17, 2020In these times of uncertainty moving is not at the top of anyone's list,BUT it was at mine. The office staff made me feel confident that I was in a clean and safe environment, paperwork was handled quickly and safely. The upkeep at The Retreat is great, there was no signs of wear and tear in the Townhouse. Had one issue, called the office and facilities was on the spot within an hour to resolve the problem. Great Place to Live!
December 20, 2019I moved to cross country to TX and the staff here at The Retreat made it seamless for me. They did not just stop at renting the townhouse to me, helped me with every aspect of long distance moving. Krista was heaven sent! She organized everything and made the move seamless. The property is beautiful and clean just like depicted in the pictures. What you see is what you get! My kids love it here because of the spaciousness and the parks that are in great condition. The maintenance staff is ...on the ball. They are fast and efficient and go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. The neighbors are friendly and it is a very tranquil and quiet place especially at night. I would highly recommend The Retreat to anyone searching for a home!Property Manager Responded

Life's New Chapter
December 19, 2019These townhomes are 19 yrs. of age and are in excellent condition. Spacious & clean with plenty of closet & storage space. My 15 yr. old son is loving the space in his room. Rearranging furniture will be nice due to the many electrical outlets. Water flow is good and strong. The neighbors are nice and friendly. It appears that everyone is enjoying life to the best of their ability. I just moved in and I feel right at home. Great Apartments!
April 11, 2019My family and I have been here since we lost our home during Hurricane Harvey. The staff were so welcoming when we applied and have continued to be so wonderful ever since. I love our spacious 3 bedroom apartment and my kids enjoy that there are two parks with plenty of open space to run around. I can let them play comfortably knowing that they are in an area out of traffics way. I appreciate the communication the office has with us and how we are always informed of any changes that are ...happening. It's also a plus to know that when you have a maintenance issue, they don't make you wait an eternity to fix things. Overall, this is one of the best apartment complexes we have ever lived at. March 20, 2019I have lived here for over a year now and I must say, I love it here! The office staff are always so nice and very understanding. When ever I need something fixed they always come when they say they will, and I hardly ever need anything fixed in my unit. The grounds are always clean and the little play grounds are always clean and that is a plus because I have little kids. The pool in the summertime is always clean as well. March 19, 2019I am more than happy with my townhome. Been living here going on a year now and don’t plan to move anytime soon. The office staff are very friendly and make u feel right at home, Maintinence stays on top of the property and any issues u may have. The website is so convenient for paying the rent and placing service orders. I love it here, this is the first apartment I have lived in that I have absolutely nothing to complain about.
