Good location but...
April 28, 2019The apartments are nice looking with okay appliances but it is easy to hear your neighbors or anything going on outside. You will have a inspection every couple months with 2-3 people walking through your entire apartment, didn't take out the trash because you got home at 6am and went to sleep, too bad you will get a warning about good housekeeping after inspection. Oh, and after their failed inspection for having full trash can (not over flowing or smelly just full) you'll get a follow up ...inspection. So after you get tired of all the noise and constant inspections, get ready for the most rediculous move out inspection ever. The move out inspection involves taking the cover off the furnace and checking for dust...you know by the dust filter where there is always dust, pulling back the fridge, checking the tracks on the sliding widows, and pulling back the carpet to check the carpet pad...among other things. I was charged hundreds of dollars on top of my deposite when I moved out. I have video showing the inspection and that the appartment looks good, doesn't matter still had to pay or go to court. I like the location, having recycling dumpsters, and the paint/countertops in the appartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Place/Fair Pricing/Staff is AWESOME
March 2, 2018This is a great property- Staff made my stay great- They loved my dog and always called me by name when I came in the office. I went to the office daily with my dog so he could get his daily treat. I moved in originally as a corporate unit and then rented my own place after my corporate housing contract was up. I recently moved out cause I purchased a home. The move-in process was easy and the move out process was the same. Noise, not luxury
April 23, 2017Fake luxury, nothing but noise, no sound insulation at all. You can hear everything, bathroom noises, walking, talking, noisey stairs, microwave/oven buttons being pressed. Noisey HVAC unit in the apartments. No privacy. Don't waste your time here. Management does nothing about harassment from other neighbors.Review from Apartments.com
