November 20, 2024This place is run down. The google reviews show what’s really doing on here. All these nice photos are from years ago. Definitely a bait and switch because the amenities were supposed to be done by august at the latest now it’s november and it’s nowhere near done. Great staff!!! And the maintenance rock!!!
January 25, 2024It was a excellent experience living here and very clean from maintenance men always picking up And had the a/c go out and young man jacob came to my rescue and had it back on and working better in less than 45 mins of my call!! I definitely would not recommend this place
June 6, 2023I definitely would not recommend moving to Pure Living. Two weeks ago, they gave everyone in my building a notice that we have to leave in two weeks because of the construction and renovations they were doing. They said it wasn’t safe so we needed to get out. Ever since Berkshire brought out Pure Living, things have gotten worst. For two weeks, I had to deal with the noise from construction workers. The construction workers even showed up to my unit while I was at work to remove the blinds and ...windows. They taped up the windows and blocked off my patio. I work from home and I told them I was at work and they were being so loud that I couldn’t focus but they didn’t care. I also had a meeting at my job that day and couldn’t hear what was said in the meeting. I had to let my manager know that I had construction workers at my place and I couldn’t hear anything because of the noise. I believe Pure Living did this on purpose to drive everyone in my building out. I won’t be surprised if they raise the rent for the new tenants. Also we were suppose to be given a 30 days notice to leave not a two weeks notice. Giving us money for moving expenses and giving us back our security deposit and return of rent for the two weeks does not make up for the fact that we only had two weeks to move and had to deal with the noise from construction workers almost every single day until we moved out. I moved out two days before I had to leave. Fortunately, I was able to move in with my boyfriend but I felt really bad for my neighbors who have nowhere to go. It’s hard to find a new place in only two weeks . Also I was barely able to enjoy the amenities when I was living there because they closed the pool for MONTHS due to “ renovations”. I paid all of this money for amenities that I didn’t even have access to for months. If you are considering moving here, please look at the reviews first. Beware!!
November 13, 2022This place is falling apart and there is nothing luxury about it. The pool has been down for months. The gates are hardly ever working. The ceiling in the hallway is falling down. Anytime there is a good rain shower water comes through the sliding glass door. The fridge leaks due to poor sealing. On some units the sliding glass doors don’t even close all the way. If you try to get ahold of anyone in the office good luck. The office is hardly ever open during operating hours and even after several ...messages left can never get a returned phone call.Property Manager Responded

If there is an issue they help you, if there is a problem they fix it, and then call the next day to make sure everything is ok.
