I have recommended to a friend. That friend recommended to a family member who was moving from Illinois to Indiana. From what I have heard she has had a horrible experience. When she arrive with her moving truck her apartment was not ready. It had not been cleaned at all. They had to put her up in a hotel. She had to pay the movers extra for the extended days. When she moved in the apartment still was not clean. Her experience has made me nervous to tell others. This is also a few weeks after ...

Great value for what you are getting in terms of apartment layouts & condition. Great location, & helpful staff. Snow removal could have been a lot better for the most recent snow storm, but could have been a one-off situation. Staff was very helpful with the move out process.
