The maintenance team is very responsive when I need something repaired or when I’m locked out of the apartment. The neighborhood is amazing. Super close to work. Amenities are amazing. The pool is always well maintained. Plenty of parking spaces. Security is fantastic and responsive. The gym is always clean and sufficiently equipped. I’ve lived at Revela for almost a year and the 4 times I’ve submitted a fix request, they ALL have been completed within 24 hours, plus the service personnel are always courteous and friendly! Another thing, it’s always clean! I constantly see cleaners around the complex touching up surfaces. And it smells so good in the elevators - a space that normally gets dirty and stinky easily.
