Nothing bad to say
September 24, 2021I moved into these apartments in September of 2020 without personally touring the complex let alone the apartment unit itself. The pictures were exactly as shown online. The staff is Amazing, and the property manager Kevin is just so nice and awesome to work with and talk to! Although my time was short at the complex, for my own personal reason I had to relocate. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone. My unit was beautiful and had only 1, or 2 minor issues. I tripped the circuit ...breaker once and didn’t know how to get it restarted, and the second issue was the door handle had to be replaced just stopped working one afternoon, lol other than that No problems at all. Maintenance always responded to my requests SAME DAY and for that I was really appreciative. The amenities are great, and the pool area is absolutely beautiful, and the pool itself has nice clean water, which the complex shuts it down every Monday for cleaning! It’s well taken care of!! There’s plenty of parking space, so you don’t have to park around the corner and walk half a mile to your building. The area is quiet and it’s very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Overall you can’t go wrong with this complex, I truly miss being at Revere At Hidden Creek! Thank you guys for the beautiful apartment experience!!!!!Property Manager Responded

Questionable business ethics
March 16, 2021Got approved . Made plans then told a week later I wasn’t approved. They said “ I apologize for the inconvience” I had shut the door on two other places and you just told me I don’t have a place to bring my family. That’s not just a inconvience, that’s just disheartening. How cold can someone be?Review from Apartments.com
Poorly managed
October 19, 2019I live at Revere at Hidden Creek in Gallatin, TN. I have had a window unit in my brand new apartment for 7 months! There is no air flow to my bedroom. There is no repair in place, just a unit as a simple fix. They are still building this floor plan, knowing there is a major problem with construction. Every apartment with this floor plan has the same problem. Now I have no heat for the winter! This property is very poorly managed. Do not move here. I am leaving as soon as possible. Great Experience! Great Personnel
September 4, 2018After looking at apartments for over 2 days we came to Revere! The staff there made the difference! Jennifer and Alexa made us feel at home before we even looked at one of the apartments.
