Not worth the cost
November 8, 2021This apartment is not up to market value. The towel racks are coming out of the walls, cabinets are falling apart, they charge an extra $109 on top of rent for services like pest control but they’ve never been in my apartment and I’ve lived here for 2years.Property Manager Responded

December 28, 2020My experience so far has been great. It's mostly quite except for the freeway, but you get used to it. I love the washer and dryer inside the unit. Everybody can easily social distance here for sure. Other dog owners are nice as well as the maintenance and management. We like it here.Property Manager Responded

Worst appartment ive ever lived in
January 3, 2018DO NOT RENT HERE. Managers never answers calls or emails. Never in office, 2hours lunch breaks. Appartment was dirty (cleaning lady quit 2 days prior to me moving in and NO ONE check to make sure it was clean) BUGS, they have a bug problem, find bugs in ur food in cabinets. Mold, been dealing with and getting thw run around for a month now. No parking. Volly ball court and basketball court are a JOKE. Pavment cracking, no path to even walk down to them and no nets on hoops or vollyball ALL ...SUMMER. They do not de ice parking lot in winter or at least do not keep up. And they will harass you and bully u into moving if u stand up for yourself. Would not give me supervisors number so finally had to contact managment company in SEATTLE to get a hold of anyone.Property Manager Responded

August 12, 2017I recently have left this complex and sadly did not have the experience I was hoping for. At first, it looks very nice, safe and clean. Within a month of living here I started to have things fall apart and brake on me because it was poorly done. When I would call, the office would NEVER answer or return my messages OR emails. If you want to get ahold of them you have to go in person and hope they're not on break which seemed to have been often. When I would let them know of something falling ...apart I wouldn't see them for over a week coming in to fix it. There are hardly any parking spaces as well. They tried to enforce a "ticket" rule which never followed through and there is a taxi service that lets its vans sit 24/7 taking up three spaces as well. Later this year, I had another tenant break into my apartment. A police report was made and he lived in the apartments on the other side of the complex. He wasn't arrested because he didn't take anything but I went in the next morning to let Amanda and Aaron know what had happened. They seemed to not be too shocked and knew exactly who I was talking about but didn't do anything about that. Fast forward a few weeks to a group of my neighbors outside talking when I get home from work one night. They ask if I had seen a man going through cars earlier that day and explained the man that had came in to my apartment. So again, we took it to management and nothing happened. I tried calling to give them police reports and continue to let them know what was going on with their tenants but they never returned my calls. It is a gated community and yet it is nowhere near safe. As for being clean, they take their trash out once a week and should really look into removing it a few times a week because the dumpsters are always overflowing and there is always cat and dog poop all over the place; the rock stairs are falling apart and simple yet safety concerns just aren't being met. When I came in the year before Sunni took my deposit. She stated $200 would be non refundable for the cost of cleaning at move out, and the other $200 is refundable as long as nothing further is broken. I took two days off work to clean the apartment top to bottom to ensure I would be getting that $200 back. During the walk-through I was told I would only be getting $35 back because they keep $200 and the other $200 is for cleaning so because I cleaned so well they would give me $35 to compensate.Property Manager Responded

September 28, 2015management has changed 4 times in one year, the original manager who signed our lease is back but with a new company and owner. being right on the freeway, it's noisy but units further back don't get it as much. the property isn't kept as clean as it should be, the garbage isn't always emptied and there's not much for parking. it's okay for what you pay.Property Manager Responded
