July 18, 2025We lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it!! We moved due to use buying a house. We had absolutely no issues living here. We have massive (at least what seems to me) 2 bedroom apartment. Compared to other apartments we lived in you get a bang for your buck.We also have a dog and have enjoyed the dog park and washing station. I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone. Office is amazing

There is also a great sense of community here my little family really loves. Very family oriented!
July 29, 2023I’ve lived here going on 4 years now and it’s been great! It feels so safe and peaceful living in these apartments. Nobody can get in unless they know the code or have a gate key which I love. I feel good knowing me and my kids can take walks with no worries. It’s very quiet unlike a lot of apartments I’ve lived in. I especially love how family feeling the office staff and maintenance are. For example.. I was pregnant last year and when I finally had my baby one of the main maintenance guys knew ...who I was and anytime he see’s me and my baby he always smiles and goes on about how big he’s getting. You can have friendly conversations with the staff and it doesn’t feel like they just work here if that makes sense. Also you’ll constantly see all kinds of adorable dogs going on walks! So if you’re an animal lover like I am you’ll love it here! It’s just a very friendly quite place and I highly recommend it.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live!
July 27, 2023Honestly this has been such a great place to live. Been here for about a year and everything is still consistently good. The office staff are always friendly and quick to resolve any issue with a sense of urgency, the maintenance workers are quick to handle requests, & i never have to worry about whether our packages will be stolen if they are left out too long. Quiet luxury living
July 26, 2023I have lived here since December and I absolutely love it here. Every neighbor I have encountered has been friendly. The management staff is extremely helpful as well as so down to earth and nice. The apartments are beautiful. Nothing short of a 5 star experience
August 20, 2022I’ve lived here for about a year now, and can whole heartedly say this complex is top tier when it comes to comfort, cleanliness, quiet, and holds professionalism and respect in the highest regard for tenants. They are quick to address any issues that may arise, and you can tell the mission statement of this complex really is providing a wonderful community for people to live at an extremely affordable price. Maintenance requests are responded to with haste, landscaping is fully maintained on a ...week to week basis, as well as there being wide provision of amenities to make this complex that much more enjoyable to reside in. Don't waste your money
August 9, 2022These apartments are poorly built. We constantly hear our upstairs neighbors (even just walking) and we frequently hear our downstairs neighbors tv. The hallway smells like skunk a good portion of the time. There have been numerous issues with the trash pick up. The pool is frequently closed and the gates have been broken and/or not working several times. One year, and we had had enough. There is no way that I'd recommend anyone pay these prices for this place.Property Manager Responded

The apartments are wonderful
December 30, 2020I live on the bottom floor. I rarely hear noise above me, and it is nice and quiet outside. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and staff has been so friendly. I have lived here six months and will definitely renew for another year. Oh yeah, pool and outdoor area is lovely.
