Not where you want to live unless you like constant noise!!!

Loud and noisy neighbors, kids leaving garbage out front, cops called for excessive noise, multiple families living in one unit over the amount that is allowed. Upstairs neighbors kids constantly running, light fixture in kitchen fell off. Piece of sheetrock fell out of the wall from the kids jumping of their beds and made a crack in the wall. Management moved them out after 4 MONTHS. We only had a few months of peace and now we have a family with multiple small children above us. They were ...

If I could give this apartment 0 stars a million times instead of a 1 star I would. I moved in a little after the first part of the apartments were built. worst year and some change of my life. This apartment complex has turned me off so bad that I'm moving to another city into a house. Absolutely not luxury and not worth your hard earned money. Walls are as thin as paper, no real privacy, dog park super unkept, emails every other week about bs and not about topics that matter.. the list goes ...

I just applied for a apartment last week and I must say I am very impressed. I was assisted by Sharissa and she was extremely personable and kind to me . Which I think makes a huge difference when deciding a place to call HOME, many apartments offer pools, gyms, similar amenities but the kindness of the staff is always a stand out. I am not a resident of this place. I expressed my interest in obtaining a lease and attempted to contact them multiple times, but they never responded to me. It was crucial for me to secure a lease, mainly because I appreciate the location. However, they seem indifferent about whether or not you choose to lease with them. I strongly advise you to search for alternatives elsewhere.
