Don’t move here.
March 23, 2024Would give a zero if could. Don’t move here. Management does not care about the people they just want the money. The walls are so thin and according to the leasing office “ it could come from the sharing walls.” You would hear slamming cabinets at all times of the nights. We had our chairs vibrate in the living room. Some of our art work would fall. We complained to the leasing agent many times and nothing was done. Apparently emails were sent out but, that’s all and it just got worst. When it ...was time for us to finally move out because, we weren’t sleeping. We got told it was half of the reminding balance and on top of that we got hit with all these outrageous fees when everything was said and done. Apparently their painter wouldn’t paint the apartment for fleas but, we didn’t have animals and on top of that they told us they don’t change the carpet after people moved out. Again they are just trying to get all the money out of you. It isn’t worth living there. You can find something closer to everything for the same price!Property Manager Responded

May 7, 2023Harassing neighbors, cheaply built, thin walls, rude office workers & maintenance people, Property Manager never returns calls, breezeways dirty, 90% of packages misdelivered, sometimes gate code doesn't work. In reference to the harassment & noise issue was told I could pay a transfer fee to move to a different apt and I would have to start a new 12 month lease. Why should I have to be penalized when I'm the one being harassed? Seedy neighbors who like to sag their pants and smoke weed. Even ...though the apartments are new or newer I would avoid as new complexes are being built close by for the same price or cheaper.Property Manager Responded
