Great Place to Live!
April 30, 2025This is my 4th year living at the Revere at Tega Cay and I still enjoy the complex. It’s in a great location with easy access to 77 and local stores, eateries. The school district is fantastic and great for children. The office is responsive to requests. Maintenance tickets are handled within 24 hours and the office does events and responds timely to issues when needed. The only downfall is it’s marked as a smoke free property but cigarette bins are located throughout the complex where people ...smoke freely outside with no consequence. Otherwise we plan to stay for while, great place to live!Property Manager Responded

Uneven Amenities
May 25, 2021The property management team is located off property and out-of-touch. If you can pay a little more, there are more renter-friendly options in the area. There are no package lockers, and the business center is always closed and inaccessible (can only access during leasing hours). Large dogs, and dangerous breeds, are allowed and live on third floors. The pool isn't open year-round, and only 23 people are allowed at a time. Goss Residential was supposed to build a second pool and amenity area on ...the South side of the complex, but they have failed to do so even now that they are at capacity.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Wonderful Place to live!
May 19, 2020Apartments are modern and beautifully maintained. Common areas and pool are great and office staff and maintenance people are friendly and attentive. Have been here for 2 years and have no intention of moving in the near future. Wonderful place to live!Property Manager Responded
