AMAZING PLACE! GREAT STAFF!!!
January 30, 2025We moved in 3 months ago, and love our home. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Hurricane Creek Elementary is right next door, we can walk to school. We are close to all major shopping areas. Its also quiet , we can sleep. They are pet friendly and have a dog park and a new playground. DO NOT MOVE HERE
June 17, 2022The crime rate here is terrible. I mean shootings, fights, domestic violence, etc. frequently. Maintenance never fix anything, yet they always seem to be standing outside of the laundry room. Management is terrible and nobody ever answers the phone. Not to mention THE ROACHES. This place does NOT care about its tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE.Review from Apartments.com

July 27, 2019I currently live here now and this place has went all the way down. I lived here for over 5 years and I’m moving ASAP. We don’t have access to the pool anymore because of other tenants. There is only one way in and out because of other tenants issues. The trash bin is always full and looks gross. The children can’t play at the park without getting harassed from the apartment manager. The laundry closes early and I work late so I cant access it, which is not right. The stairwells and balconies are ...dirty and need to be spray washed. The only good thing about this place, is it is convenient for parents who have children that goes to the school next door.
