The maintenence staff usually completes all repair requests in a timely manner, THE FIRST TIME they come in to fix a problem (unless parts need to be ordered etc.) Overall, I'd rate this apartment a 9/10

Then there was a new management team brought in with Melissa as focal point. Ever since then the service, the up keep, and attention to detail here to make life better for the residents has really stood out. Then I kept seeing pretty much ALL of my neighbors hang out on their porch and light a smoke. You can imagine my surprise when I saw one of the office workers going outside for a smoke break. I then realized, after an email had been sent out to the residents, that there was only no smoking allowed inside the units (duh), in any common areas, or around the amenities. So I was pretty happy ...to learn I could smoke with no issues on the balcony. I now love it here!Read More
