I have lived in several apartments throughout my life, and this one tops them all! The staff really care about the residents. The pool has had several maintenance closings this year, only being open for about a month now, so hopefully the administration will consider an extention in the time frame in which it may remain open later in the year. Another downside is the trash is more expensive than what I was used to paying. I now pay $10-20 more for trash each month.

Needs cleaned up inside and out. The inside of the leasing office needs to coincide with the appearance and cleanliness of the apartments. They made sure the leasing office was nice but the apartments are not.

I love our apartment community. Everyone is so friendly. Maintenance fixes anything that needs fixing as things do go out once in a big while. Our rent is split with flex which is very helpful. We don't ever have any theft of packages or break ins. I am so happy with our apartment.
