    Revive Benton Apartments have been a dream. We have everything we could ask for. We have a big spacious apartment, a playground, a dog park, a pool, a trail that goes straight to the elementary school making drop off and pick up so simple along with having a little pond right behind the apartments to go fishing. What more could anyone ask for. Not to mention the staff is very friendly and quick to fix anything if it goes out or malfunctions.

    I have lived in several apartments throughout my life, and this one tops them all! The staff really care about the residents. The pool has had several maintenance closings this year, only being open for about a month now, so hopefully the administration will consider an extention in the time frame in which it may remain open later in the year. Another downside is the trash is more expensive than what I was used to paying. I now pay $10-20 more for trash each month.
