April 15, 2026I enjoy living here because the apartment manager, Melissa is very courteous and takes ownership of any issues brought to her. The maintenence staff usually completes all repair requests in a timely manner, THE FIRST TIME they come in to fix a problem (unless parts need to be ordered etc.) Overall, I'd rate this apartment a 9/10Review from Apartments.com

April 12, 2026Three year resident here at Revive. Complex had a rough patch before I moved in and for a bit after. Then there was a new management team brought in with Melissa as focal point. Ever since then the service, the up keep, and attention to detail here to make life better for the residents has really stood out. It is quiet and relatively inexpensive here, plus with the added bonus of being right on the Benton/Bryant border with equal access to both cities. 5 stars definitatley recommend living ...here.Property Manager Responded

April 12, 2026Everyone here is so friendly once we get past the busyness of life. I enjoy watching all the different kinds of dogs being walked. Maintenance men are friendly and helpful and not condescending. Office staff are super friendly and great to talk to.Property Manager Responded

April 5, 2026Management made it seem like there was no smoking allowed ANYWHERE in the complex, and that’s how I took it. Then I kept seeing pretty much ALL of my neighbors hang out on their porch and light a smoke. You can imagine my surprise when I saw one of the office workers going outside for a smoke break. I then realized, after an email had been sent out to the residents, that there was only no smoking allowed inside the units (duh), in any common areas, or around the amenities. So I was pretty happy ...to learn I could smoke with no issues on the balcony. I now love it here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 2, 2026It is a cool place to stay noise free with nice well maintained facilities and lawns safe for kids to play and enjoy the swimming and gym services open all the time . And they are willing and available to assist in any situation of repair if needed .
