Not a good place to live
May 8, 2024This apartment is very dirty and horribly managed. While the building structure itself is nice, the management has done such a poor job with this building leading to poop and pee stains everywhere, elevators that don't work often, and faulty appliances from washing machines to fire alarms that will keep you up for hours in the middle of the night. The place is so dirty that many apartments have a roach infestation problem. None of this has been properly addressed by management and, in the year I ...lived there, none of these issues were ever resolved. The garage gates often don't work posing a serious danger/security problem which is made worse by broken doors that don't need to be fobbed to get in. This area has multiple shootings in the past so this lack of security is a serious problem. Management is quite incompetent as well, with the leasing agents fully lying about pricing and other general apartment things. I was told I would get a referral for referring a friend to this complex but over the year they kept promising this referral money yet never delivered. And then at time of move out, they said it was too late and that there was nothing they would do about it. This was extremely frustrating as I had been reminding them monthly to look into this- shows the exploiting nature of the people who run this place. The price of this apartment is not worth the hassle- especially given the numerous other apartments that are in this area and that are much better managed. Revl keeps rebranding to erase the old reviews but neglect to fix the actual problems so they continue to accumulate these bad reviews. I truly have never lived in a more abysmal place, I would strongly reconsider if you are planning to live here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Exceptional leasing office and maintenance workers
January 13, 2024My stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful. Not only because the facilities are new and beautiful, but also because the workers are very attentive. Nice Apartment, Poorly Maintained
June 26, 2023Frequent overflowing trash rooms and chutes, poorly maintained dog parks, inadequate cleaning staff resulting in disgustingly dirt common areas, pool is frequently green with algae, hallways reek of dog urine, maintenance team is extremely unresponsive, elevators, secured doors, and gates are frequently broken with unacceptably long downtime. Run-down Property is Falling Apart
April 6, 2023Consistent maintenance issues that have not been resolved for over 3 years, 2 separate companies and 3 property management firms. Horrible dog owners let their dogs go wherever they want on the property without picking up after them. Trash piled up for days outside the trash room because they are too cheap to pay for valet trash, but don’t worry, they force you to pay for a delivery service in your lease instead. The electrical wiring is deteriorating and the pipes burst every freeze even though ...the building is only 5 years old. September 10, 2022We were about to sign our lease when we finally got to Fort Worth from out of state and were able to see the exact unit. I’m glad we did. I understand staffing is an issue at this time and this is no ding to them, but this property is very dirty. On paper it seems fabulous but it’s so large and not maintained. Our unit we were about to sign for was so dirty and they were still cleaning it when we got there…stains that weren’t going to be removed and the hallway did smell SO bad like dog pee. It ...was next to the dog run which did not look cleaned whatsoever. I hope that the property owner or management can get this under control because it seemingly has potential. Writing this so people like us can sort of know our experience. I’m so glad we didn’t decide to sign here after being able to see the property. The staff was helpful overall. Not Clean

Not what I was told or expected
November 12, 2021On paper and pictures, this place seems like a great pace to live. I believe that’s about half true. When I came to tour, the person in the office had been working here only a few days. I was 10 minutes early to my appointment, but wasn’t attended until 1 hour after that. I should have taken that as a sign not to lease here. One main reason I left my other apartment was because of noise, little did I know that I was moving into an apartment where I would be able to hear the extremely loud music ...of the bars down the street. It’s so loud that it sounds like I’m down inside these bars/clubs. Wednesday-Sunday the music literally fills the room and does not allow me to sleep. Something that I wish that the person giving the tour was honest about. Fast forward to move in day, the apartment was DIRTY. Floors were so gross, grimy, and brown. Sink and dishwasher smelled terrible and took me TWO days to clean them. I’m so disappointed in the quality of the place and regret it every day.Property Manager Responded

July 22, 2021The initial application and move in process was very difficult here. They were short staffed for a few months and always had people from other Greystar communities filling in. I had to physically go to the leasing office in order to get questions answered with the application and to even get my welcome letter a week from move in date. High costing Fetch delivery service fees were added to my monthly statement even though I was not told of this until move in. It actually delays yours packages from ...being delivered, making it less convenient at a high cost. Apartment we as not properly cleaned prior to move in.
