Their payment portal one day stopped working correctly and didn't charge my account. I have proof of enough money and they keep gaslighting us, forcing us to call the bank. Then, after adding late fees, they force us to pay manually through cashier check, costing us more fees. They refused to fix it for 6 straight months, costing us a lot of money
Trash service: They have a mandatory trash service that the charge money for and did not do their service ...
correctly. They occasionally did not take the trash so we have to take it out the next day again. Then they charge us money for taking out the trash late
Safety: Garage gate broke all the time, leading to huge safety issue. There are ways where people having no badge access getting in. I saw homeless walking in the hall a couple of times Please avoid at all cost
Package theft is rampant, and management does nothing about it. No accountability, no effort to secure deliveries or investigate
