Don’t waste your money and time
December 6, 2025These apartments are infested with roaches, rats, mold, and mildew and they never admit to the issue or try to actually fix and resolve issues. The maintenance crew is terrible. Nobody knows how to actually fix anything. They only put a Band-Aid on it.Property Manager Responded

July 9, 2025DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is a complete scam. The leasing office puts on a nice front — they just painted the outside of the buildings, added new trees, and even built a small playground to make the complex look clean and family-friendly. But it’s all just to trick people into signing a lease. Once you’re in, the truth hits hard. We lived here for over a year with no working AC. Multiple maintenance requests were submitted — they’d send someone out, but nothing ever got fixed. One day, we ...turned the heat on and the entire apartment started filling with smoke like there was an electrical fire hazard. Still, no real fix.Only a AC unit put into our downstairs window. So yes ! The upstairs was still extremely hot or extremely Cold! The unit we moved into was roach-infested from day one. I’m talking 20+ roaches the first night. We bombed the unit, laid poison, cleaned everything daily — but they always came back within days. The roaches are in the walls. This is not an exaggeration — it’s an infestation, and they do nothing about it. The tubs are old and just painted over, the vinyl floors are cheap and poorly installed, the paint jobs are sloppy, and to top it off, we’ve also seen rats in the area. Don’t be fooled by the one or two “fixed up” or staged units they’ll show you — they even had a burned-down unit recently, and the only thing they did was patch it up while ignoring the rest of the complex. This place looks okay on the outside, but once you’re locked into a lease, you’re stuck with unsafe, unhealthy, and unlivable conditions. Please don’t waste your time or money here. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
March 10, 2023Maintenance never fixes your issues. You go online and request maintenance services, they send you an email but no one never comes by to fix the maintenance issue. The laundry room stays dirty and the front security gate is always broken. Raw sewage spills between buildings and roach infested. Management do not want to communicate with the tenants. Don't Move Here!
August 23, 2022Don't let these fake reviews fool you, this apartment complex is trash, and any bad reviews that you have read it would behoove you to believe them! This apartment is what I would call crap on earth, between the lazy, rude, argumentative management, the bad crime, ignorant and inconsiderate neighbors, the raggedy roads and oh you can't forget the wonderful roaches you get greeted with everyday, you would be better off staying far away from here. You will pay for pest control and the pest will not ...be controlled. You will be putting in request for repairs and the maintenance will not show or fix anything.These apartments are uninhabitable, and need to be torn down and rebuilt, because they are literally falling apart, there are holes and lifted walls all through my apartment. Very poor management
August 11, 2021I really hate the new management. Since some renters never paid their rent during 2020, the new leases are adding over $200 to the rent to cover their losses. Furthermore, the maintenance crew will send you an email saying that the work you asked to be done was finished even though they never came to fix it! I have been asking for my tub to be resurfaced for 3 years and still nobody has come. I call the leasing office about it and my goodness, they are extremely rude. Stay away or the pot holes ...all around the complex will get you and your car!Property Manager Responded

July 1, 2021I’ve lived here about 7 months and this has been the worse experience ever! My apartment is INFESTED WITH ROACHES. I’ve had the apartment fumigated SEVERAL TIMES and they are still taking over. I am very clean person this should not be happening. All my new furniture is ruined and I will not be able to take it anywhere else because of the infestation. My living room ceiling was on the verge of falling in and I had to threaten to end my lease to get anything done about it. They came and did patch ...work and did not paint so it looks very tacky and because maintenance is so behind repairs do not get done YET they check them off in the renters portal as completed. I’ve needed a new bathroom door since I’ve moved in there are screws sticking out that can rip my skin open at any time. They want you to send over your insurance declarations every six months or they will tac a extra $35 onto your rent until you send it over. Which I think is very poor management on their end. I have never heard of this process you usually have to send it every year. There are pot holes all over the complex YOU WILL TEAR YOUR CAR UP! Construction has been going on since I’ve moved in and there is no end in sight. All in all, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. Only good thing is the police presence but that’s only because the crime rate was so horrible once upon a time they had no choice but to have police out there 24/7. If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars I would & I sincerely urge you to find somewhere else if you are looking. Do not make the same mistakes I did trying to rush.Property Manager Responded

Legacy at Riverdale is a helpful community
December 14, 2019I’m a Attendent here at legacy at Riverdale I’ve been living here going on 2 yrs I’ve been under Rebecca Management now 6 yrs I’ve lived at the THE LEGACY for 4 yrs I said all that to say this management has a heart of gold they are a community that go out of there way to help you help them anytime I’ve had a Maintenance issue they responded quickly I’ve saved on gas money because of the shuttle overall I’ve recommended coworkers & all I get back is positive feed Back very Convenient especially ...if you work for the airlines Just want to say thank you so very much for all the legacy staff does BIG BIG thanks to Nicole you guys keep up the good Excellent work all the positive that you guys do goes Unnoticed my Experience with legacy I must say I’ve felt safe I’ve saved money & overall the staff me feel like they care god bless you allRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
The way I feel about legacy apartments
December 13, 2019I think these apartments is better than any other apartments I have lived in when I moved over here everyone was so helpful to me and my kids I love the environment and the quietiness they have and will always say if you have a issue come to the office and address it with them because a close mouth don't get fed y'all the best and I love it over here that why I pay my rent every month because it's worth it to me my opinionReview from Apartments.com
